Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between Convo Intelligence (“we”) and the organisation that registers a workspace (“you”).

1. The service

Convo Intelligence transcribes and analyses recordings of business calls that you send, and produces transcripts, quality scores, summaries, extracted data and related features. Free and pilot plans are provided as they are, to evaluate the service. Paid plans are governed by these terms and any order form we agree.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must have a lawful basis, and give any notice or obtain any consent the law requires, to record calls and to send them to us for analysis.
  • You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them, and for keeping API keys and passwords secret.
  • You must not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attempt to access other customers' data or our systems without permission.

3. Your data

You own your recordings, transcripts and results. You give us permission to process them only to provide and support the service for you. We handle them as described in the privacy policy and security overview, and we do not use them to train AI models.

4. AI output

Transcripts, scores and extracted data are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Each score shows the evidence it is based on so a person can check it. Do not rely on automated output alone for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person — for example, disciplinary action against an employee — without human review.

5. Fees and usage

Free plans include the monthly allowance shown in the product. Paid plans are charged as agreed in writing. When an allowance is used up, new recordings are refused until the next period or an upgrade.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted on free or pilot plans. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice before removing anything you rely on.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the security overview.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
